I went by with the group of friends this past weekend. And thoroughly enjoyed the place. Hospitality was good, is neat, clean, quite place other than the dogs barking in the night time. Food was good. Serving staff was good and cordial. Well lit, house construction can be nostalgic for some who have lived in old type houses. Nice flooring. Good utilisation of space. Pool was a bonus but needs to be cleaned. Nice green view. You will love it if you go during the monsoon season. Thanks Roshan!

Wonderful stay. Serene, calm and picturesque. Bang on the backwaters of KRS with the waves almost lapping the edge of the infinity pool. Roshan is super helpful and makes booking a breeze. the caretakers on his property are very attentive and make sure you have a pleasant stay. Well kept property. Can easily accommodate group of 5-15. Spacious rooms, sprawling lawn up to the edge of the water. Homely food served hot and can be customized. Perfect for a friends catchup or a relaxed family outing. Don't miss the buttery fried fish caught fresh off the dam.

The hospitality was exceptional, with attentive staff who ensured all our needs were met. A Superb place with Gigantic View of backwaters of KRS, Very good Ambiance. Courteous staff, The food presented, taste, quality & quantity was proper, A good terrain for early Morning run or cycling, Bird watching in the surroundings. ,Ideal place for Family of 5-7. You have A Beautiful view of Backwaters right from your front Lawn. Sufficient place for kids to play and run around. Infinity Pool is like Icing to the Cake. Decent Pricing. Among the greatest spots to hang out with loved ones. The cuisine was excellent. The cook/caretaker is punctual and kind in serving the food. The house has excellent maintenance and beauty, and the exterior view is pleasing to the eye. It looks amazing, the private pool attached to the backwaters.

The place is a fully private property.. nice home stay on exactly krs back water.. thotti mane design and garden is well maintained.. infinity pool will refill with fresh water again on every guest usage... Food is above average... But stomach filling.. highly recommended for family and friends outing...

Best place to visit on your holidays!! We were a family of nearly 25 people but the workers took care of us effortlessly and with a lot of patience.
